We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, with every room offering an amazing view of the ocean. The staff, including Emilo Alcudia in baggage claim and David Olivazes at the concierge desk, as well as Jesus the Bellboy, were all very helpful and welcoming. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of activities available for both children and adults. The breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of gluten-free, fresh fruit, and vegetable options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the housekeeper even left cute towel animals for the kids every day.

The hotel had great facilities for kids, including multiple slides and a kids wet area, so they never got bored. The location was incredible and the view from the rooms was top-notch. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. The food at the resort, especially at the Seafood restaurant and French Bistro, was amazing.

The staff at this hotel, from Jesus and David the bellboys to the entertainment staff on the Adult Level, were incredibly friendly and made me feel like an old friend visiting. The breakfast at the exclusive lounge on the 10th floor was delicious, and the staff there were attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I was impressed with the maid service and the surprise of rose petals on one of the days. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with activities such as pool, mini golf, tennis, and basketball available. The location was ideal, with buses available 24/7 to take me to the commercial area for just $1 per trip.
