We had an amazing stay here. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early and choose our room preferences. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and cozy. Parking was a breeze, and they even waived the parking fee for our daughter who stayed with us. The hotel provided free internet access throughout our stay. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast selection was impressive. We also appreciated the comfortable breakfast area.

I really enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel. There was a good variety of options like omelettes, pancakes, bacon, and even fresh fruit like mandarin oranges and bananas. The quality of the yogurt was also better than expected. The staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast area clean and tables were promptly cleared after guests finished eating. Additionally, the hotel had good security measures in place, like requiring keys to access the front door, elevator, and rooms.

The pool area was also well-maintained and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the underground parking, which added to the sense of security. Additionally, this hotel's location was perfect for my visit, as it was very close to Universal Studios and conveniently located in the San Fernando Valley.
