The staff were absolutely beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. A perfect beach, great view. Also, it was 10 mins drive from an outdoor amusement park. My room was luxurious, with a balcony, a safe and a coffee maker. The staff did all they can for a good stay.
The location is perfect, personalised service, the staff is caring.
Food was outstanding and staff were eager to help. I really enjoyed its spectacular location just next door to the parks and Playa del Carmen city center. Non-smoking room, immaculate. They made my stay wonderful.
Disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom.
