The hotel was in a great location, close to downtown museums and restaurants. I could easily walk to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing, it was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with a great view of the downtown buildings and light-rail trains. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Nascar Hall of Fame, restaurants, and bars. The staff was also very kind and accommodating.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with rooms that were not only enormous but also stylish and always smelling good. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of numerous nice restaurants and offices. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a small pool on the roof deck and a fantastic restaurant/bar. The staff provided wonderful service, and the breakfast attendant was especially excellent, displaying a great attitude and living up to the Hyatt name.
