We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff greeted us with attentiveness. The concierge team, including Francene, Suzane, and Shawna, provided excellent service. The manager on duty, Natalya, was extremely helpful. The bell service team, including Percy, Jerry, Ryan, and Kenille. The restaurant teams kept our bellies full, and Tawanda made the best breakfast treats. The spa services were divine and helped us truly relax. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers great shuttle service. Moreover, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to nice evening entertainment and a fitness center.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the immaculate gardens to the spotless rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools and plenty of sunbeds for privacy. The staff were the highlight of our trip, always welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were impressed with the transportation service, as the hotel offered a convenient shuttle to the airport. The location was ideal, with the hotel being very close to some fantastic bars, such as Pier 1 and Margarita-ville Mobay. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of options. our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch. The location was perfect, right by the beach, with beautiful views and a boat ride available. The breakfast and food options were delicious, with a variety of choices to satisfy any palate.
