We were impressed with the hotel facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. The newly refurbished rooms had a modern and stylish design, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Zafar on reception, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel's location next to a train station made it convenient to access the city center in just 40 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to Custom House station, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the main areas of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast selection was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, which included an excellent restaurant.
Almost perfect, but the ongoing construction next door made walking through the housing estate a bit vulnerable.
