I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and of high quality, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was massive, with a wonderful wet-room. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely, offering a great place to relax. The staff and management were exceptional. I had requested a quiet room and they went above and beyond by upgrading me to a suite and leaving a sympathy card, flowers, and extra items to help with the puffy eyes. Their thoughtfulness brought tears of joy after a day filled with sadness. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to get to the airport and explore the downtown area. While I didn't dine at the hotel, there were plenty of nearby options, including a little cafe in the courtyard for breakfast and other establishments for happy hour drinks. this hotel provided a top-notch experience.

We had a fantastic stay. The beautiful room and spacious bathroom with a large soak tub in the shower area were amazing. The outdoor pool and bar were upscale and comfortable. The hotel's location in the center of things was excellent. It was close to everything in the entertainment district and fairly close to the event we attended. The hotel facilities, including the loaner bikes in the front lobby, were a cool touch. The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, with a cozy room and an extra comfy bed. The location was perfect for a convenient downtown stay, close to everything you could need. Additionally, the hotel staff was great, and the pool was amazing, getting morning and early afternoon sun.

I absolutely loved my stay! The room was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, and the shower was heavenly. The restaurant and bar, Blue Hound, had top-notch food, drinks, and staff. Plus, having a resident artist available was such a unique and wonderful touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of things with a stunning high-rise building. It was also conveniently close to restaurants and the baseball stadium. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had an amazing time.

The central location of this hotel made it easy to access all the attractions in downtown Phoenix. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always responding quickly to any requests. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and I especially enjoyed the free coffee, including cold brew, available in the lobby.
