There was a comfortable reception. Its staff was especially helpful & super-friendly.
I couldn't recommend more as I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Perfect room, fantastic location and very pleasant personnel. It is next to a theatre and a gallery. Located in 10 minutes' walk from 49th Street tube station. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds.
Well priced hotel, adequate room and fab location. Always pleasant staff kept the whole place neat.
