I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with impeccable cleanliness, a wide range of hotel facilities, and convenient parking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, especially Guillermina at the pool, Felipe, Adrian, and Limber at the Bugambilias restaurant. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, making every morning a treat. The hotel's location was convenient for attending a concert in Cancun, as it was close to both Sunrise and Moon Palace. I would happily return to this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and the transportation within the hotel complex was fast and efficient. The location was ideal, close to various attractions and easily accessible. The staff, from Alex to Francisco, went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. The breakfast options were great, and the staff at the restaurant was very accommodating.

They were surrounded by bars and small restaurants, making it easy to grab a drink or a bite to eat.
The entertainment team did a lot of fun activities on the pools, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.

I loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The pools were fantastic, surrounded by bars and small restaurants. The transportation inside the complex was fast and convenient. The location was perfect for smaller kids, with a great children's playroom. The staff, including Alexandra, Jeronimo, Marya, Eric. Special shoutout to Mario G at the Check-In location, who provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
