We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They were never slacking off or looked bored, which was a relief. The valet service was impressive, with at least 7 people staffed at all times. The pool area was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It felt like a resort, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. The hotel is conveniently connected to the Country Museum Hall of Fame and Hatch Show Print, making it easy to explore without having to face the heat outside. this hotel provided a relaxed and enjoyable experience after a busy day in this city.

We loved the spacious room with amazing views and a roomy bathroom. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and patient. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy walking distance to everything downtown, including Broadway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location walking distance to everything. It was central to downtown and close to all the downtown attractions. The staff was helpful and sweet, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were really large. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the lobby and seating area with the huge gas fireplace, were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, ensuring a comfortable stay.
