The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa, which was one of the best I've ever been to. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai, with taxis and the monorail right on the doorstep.
