We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, especially for our visit to Universal Studios. The shuttle service was frequent and convenient, running every 10 minutes throughout the day and night. The staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful. The property itself was immaculate, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of every area we entered. The pool was a highlight of our stay, with great food, excellent service, and the added bonus of staying open until midnight. We also appreciated the hotel's central location, as it allowed us to easily visit Griffith Park for horseback riding and spend a day at Santa Monica Beach and Pier. this hotel truly made our trip unforgettable.
The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to Universal Studios. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing us with an early check-in. We enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to the park. The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, with a fantastic view. The breakfast was the best we've ever had, and the heated pool was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to major tourist sites, and the friendly staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had great facilities, including an outdoor pool and hot tub where they even held movie nights. Plus, the location was perfect as it was so close to Universal Studios that we could just walk across the street. The staff were always helpful and friendly, particularly Louis at Concierge. a wonderful experience.
