I had an amazing stay! The suite was luxurious and immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel is very close to the beach.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff put in a lot of effort to maintain it. The rooms were spacious and had incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beach with its white sands and daily cleaning. I also loved the free activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The location was perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway, away from the crowded hotel zone. Plus, there were convenient transportation options available, such as ferries to nearby Isla Mujeres. The onsite restaurants were fantastic, especially the Italian, Japanese, and Yucatan restaurants. The friendly staff made my experience even better.
